We focus on seasonal, regional ingredients, which we strive to use to their full potential, minimise packaging and make sure that everyone involved in our supply chain is taken care of. All this may sound ambitious and complicated, but at the end of the day we just want to be your favourite neighbourhood cafe that does it’s best to do things right.
