MARGARITO MORALES

My name is Margarito Morales, I was born in 1964 and I live with my wife Rufina and my children Mauro, Darío, Maricruz, Isidro, Regina, Macario, Reynalda, Griselda and Anifer. I started growing coffee 37 years ago to be able to help myself a little economically and because I live in a coffee-growing area. For me coffee represents a good crop that helps to sustain me and my family, to cut a good coffee, choose the ripe and biggest and give it all the care, it represents a way of life. My advice, mainly to farmers, is that we continue to cultivate coffee so that everything taught by our parents and grandparents is not lost.
