FINCA ALINA

Finca Alina is a 4 hectares coffee farm located in the community of Las Puentes, in Coatepec, Veracruz. The farm has approximately 15,000 plants; 1,500 geishas and 13,500 marsellesas. The producer, Michael de Anda, is 34 years old and in February 2022 he started the preparation ground work to be able to get the farm ready, and in June 2022, the planting process began. Before working on the farm, he was involved in the world of conventional coffee since 2015, and in 2018 he started exploring the world of specialty coffee in a coffee shop.
