GABRIEL HERNÁNDEZ

My name is Gabriel Hernandez Morales, I am from Rincon Toningo, in the municipality of Tlaltetela, Veracruz. I am a small coffee producer, we are currently making specialty coffee with the great support of my family; my wife Edith Aguilar, my children Edgar, who is currently studying high school, my daughter Sofia who is in elementary school and Itzmin who just finished preschool, together with them our day to day in harvest time is to work as a team, each one to the capacity of one and there is also a great support and experience that is my father, who lives with me. For me the family is the main engine of my life, thanks to them I am a good and hardworking person, the love we give each other day by day is what motivates me to continue looking for better living conditions; the family is the main basis of a good society. Since I had the opportunity to work the land with my own hands I have been growing coffee because my father has taught me to love coffee, he has shown me how kind and wise the crop is and that if you know how to treat it, it gives you food. Coffee represents for me the future to be able to live well, in harmony with my family, working my coffee plantations and providing education for my children. Thanks to the love of my parents and their advice, today I feel good and happy. I ask God to allow me to guide my children, together with my wife, to be good and profitable people who will be happy, just as I am happy thanks to them.
